10 years of Quick.Cart
In September 2004 OpenSolution released the first version of Quick.Cart. Over the last 10 years more than 31,000 websites have been built on this and later versions of their scripts. For those interested, here is a link to the history of these fast and simple solutions, which are still being developed and remain one of the most interesting alternatives for powering an online shop or website.
To this day these flat-file-based scripts have won many users and fans. The company is currently working on a groundbreaking new version that will no longer use a Flat File Database, and there is a good chance it will be released on the scripts' round anniversary, opening a completely new chapter in the development of Quick.Cms and Quick.Cart.
