1st Kraków OpenSolution Partner Training
In early June, together with OpenSolution, we organised the 1st Kraków OS Partner Training, attended by certified OpenSolution Partners.
The one-day training, held on 10 June at the grafiQa offices, focused on expanding the range of development services, what's new in the OpenSolution scripts, and integrating third-party services into Quick.Cms and Quick.Cart implementations.
The sessions were divided into themed blocks:
- Customer service support using OpenSolution tools: presentation and discussion of features from the administrator's and the client's side, automation, schedules, client relations, data collection, copywriting and content marketing (grafiQa.pl), and copyright law - rules for publishing intellectual property, the limits of quotation, and how to protect yourself against theft of intellectual property (Lexlab – Legalniewsieci.pl)
- The new Quick.Cms.Ext 6.2 - presentation and discussion of the latest version of the scripts (OpenSolution)
- Quick.Cms and Quick.Cart integrations and implementations - Sales Manago marketing automation - a presentation of the system and its integration options with Quick.Cms or Quick.Cart, including an offer for OpenSolution partners (Benhauer); Quick.Cart and Allegro - integration options and the implementation process (ITTOP)
The talks were accompanied by discussions on the development of Quick.Cms and Quick.Cart, including solutions for features requested by partners. Some of them may appear in future versions of the OpenSolution scripts.
We would like to thank all the Partners who came to Kraków that day and took part in the training. Special thanks go to the co-organisers and speakers, thanks to whom participants gained a dose of knowledge and learned from the experience of other companies in the OpenSolution webmaster community. We hope it will inspire Partners to enrich and optimise their services.
