A new tool for our regular clients.
The tool we are introducing is intended for clients who use our services on a regular basis or whose websites are currently in development.
Our experience has shown that clients served remotely, who choose to work with us online, often have no time to organise their messages; sending files is a problem because of e.g. mailbox limits, and the chronology and sorting of information suffer when message subjects lack a proper description. Not everyone is meticulous or pays close attention to the quality of information – after all, the chosen form of communication was supposed to save time and make data easier to access. That is why we decided to meet these expectations and significantly improve our client service by moving all project-related communication to the Design Support and Modifications Panel built on Quick.Cms 6 EXT + – grafiQa Support
With grafiQa Support our clients:
- can easily submit new tasks (a notification is sent to us immediately and the task is then assigned to the right person)
- can add attachments to consultations and download designs shared in the thread.
- can view the history of ordered work and access it all in one place.
- receive e-mail notifications about the activity of the person working on a task, and can see the status of work within the task.
We are constantly improving the panel to make working with us as comfortable as possible.

From 1 June, all orders for graphic work and modifications from our regular clients will be handled only through the Design Support and Modifications Panel available at grafiqa.pl/support
