Award at the UN and WHO Global Road Safety Film Festival

Poland received an award for the best educational road safety film at the Global Road Safety Film Festival of the UN and the World Health Organization. On 18–20 February, Marrakech hosted the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety, organised by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the UN (United Nations). Every four years the Conference brings together ministers responsible for road safety from around the world, road safety experts and leading international organisations working for safety worldwide. The conference programme included the Global Road Safety Film Festival. Entries came from all over the world; Poland's entry was a film we produced in 2022 for the Małopolska Regional Road Safety Council as part of the "Bezpieczny Senior" (Safe Senior) social campaign. One film was awarded from each continent, with additional prizes for the online public vote and for the best educational film. The film made for the Małopolska Road Safety Council won the award for the best educational film in the world.
