Sroka in Motion in Novosibirsk

On 20.10.2016 in Novosibirsk (Russia), Motion Trio performed at the INTERNATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL SIBJAZZFEST-2016, presenting the Sroka in Motion project.

Sroka in Motion, which we have been creating together with Jacek Sroka and Motion Trio (Janusz Wojtarowicz, Paweł Baranek and Marcin Gałażyn), has been running since 2014. Launched at Motion Trio's 18th anniversary concert at the Kraków Opera, the project has since been presented to audiences in Wrocław, Minsk (Belarus), Świnoujście and at the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music. The Novosibirsk concert was another show combining Motion Trio's music with spatial animated adaptations of Jacek Sroka's paintings created by Jarek Migoń (grafiQa).

IJFS is organised annually by the NOVOSIBIRSK STATE PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY.
