Visual design for the Motion Trio concert
On 17 February, Kraków's Kijów cinema hosted a concert promoting Motion Trio's latest album. We created the visuals for the repertoire from the 11-track album Accordion Stories. In the second part of the concert, the band – Janusz Wojtarowicz, Paweł Baranek and Marcin Gałażyn – performed The Best of Motion Trio. The two-hour show, which gave the audience plenty of wonderful moments, was co-produced by Akordeonus/grafiQa/Grupa 6 film production and directed by Jarosław Migoń. Sound was by Michał Rosicki (MAQrecords), lighting by Ada Bystrzycka and TV production by Dominik Lichota. Photos from the concert by Bogusław Krużel (AF raster) can be viewed at fotozon.pl. The concert was recorded, and footage from it will appear in a feature-length music documentary currently in production.
